Privacy policy
How HabitEasy collects and uses your information when you book a free checkup or join the WhatsApp masterclass.
Last updated 5 September 2026
Who we are
HabitEasy, Tirupur, Tamil Nadu, India runs habiteasy.in (education), 10dc.habiteasy.in (5-Day WhatsApp Health Masterclass), and the free 15-minute wellness check pages.
For privacy questions, message WhatsApp 83006 26155. We do not invent a separate inbox until one exists.
What we collect
We only ask for what we need to confirm a slot or send joining details.
- Free checkup form: name, WhatsApp number, preferred time, language, and optional campaign tags (UTM).
- Masterclass form: name, WhatsApp number, city, health goal, and optional campaign tags.
- Technical data our host (Vercel) may log: IP address, browser, and page request, to run the site and stop spam.
- Cookies or local storage: language choice, a local booking count for this browser, and a short thank-you name cookie after you submit.
What we do not want
Do not send medical reports, prescriptions, lab results, Aadhaar numbers, or a detailed health history through these forms. The checkup is a general wellness reading, not a clinic file.
Why we use it
We use this information to:
- Confirm your free 15-minute slot or WhatsApp class joining details.
- Message you on WhatsApp about this booking or batch. You can ask us to stop at any time.
- Prevent fake submissions (honeypot field and basic rate signals).
- Understand which flyer or ad brought you (UTM), so we can improve our own campaigns — not to sell your number.
Who we share it with
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) carries the confirmation message you choose to send.
Vercel hosts the website.
If a lead webhook is configured by HabitEasy, your registration is forwarded to that internal tool so coaches can confirm slots. We do not sell your name or number to advertisers.
Cookies and tracking
Language and a local “booked this week” count stay in your browser.
If a Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, or Google Tag Manager ID is switched on, those providers may receive page views and button clicks. They are not required for the form to work. You can block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details only as long as needed to run that week’s checkup slots or that batch, and for a reasonable record (typically up to 12 months), unless the law requires longer. Thank-you cookies expire in about one hour.
Your choices (India DPDP)
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the booking details we hold, or ask us to stop WhatsApp messages. Write to us on WhatsApp. We will not be able to unsend a message you already delivered through WhatsApp itself.
These pages are meant for people 18 years or older.
